Your other gallery folders (including the Human Trafficking one) aren't open for submissions. 
To fix them, go to the manage members part of the admin area, scroll down to 'On Gallery, Members', and find the blue link a bit under it that says 'Show All Folders'. Click that and you'll be able to set submissions for each non-Featured folder.
